What can I expect from Hip Hop Til Infinity?

This visual mixtape transports you through Hip Hop’s different eras and regions - from the parks to the stage to the internet. A carefully curated visual and audio process with credible partners will provide a snapshot inside Hip Hop’s storied history.

Where is the experience located?

Hip Hop Til Infinity will take place at the Lighthouse Immersive Los Angeles located at 6400 Sunset Boulevard (formerly Amoeba Music). The venue can be found on the SE corner of Sunset and Cahuenga. This is west of Sunset and Vine, which is a more major intersection.

Does the experience take place in an indoor or outdoor venue?

This experience is held indoors in an air-conditioned venue.

How long does the experience last?

For you to have an estimate, people usually spend 1 hour at this experience.

Will food and beverage be available on site for purchase?

The food and drink available at the venue are snacks and non-alcoholic beverages. Ask a staff member for a recommendation to a nearby restaurant. No outside food or drink of any kind is permitted in the venue.

Is there parking available?

There will be parking available. Lighthouse Artspace LA is pleased to offer paid, on-site parking on a first-come, first-serve basis.

There are two parking lots on site. One underneath the venue with ADA access to the gallery. The entrance to this parking lot is located at 1430 N Cahuenga Boulevard. The second is an outdoor lot a short walk from the venue, the entrance located at 1406 Ivar Avenue.

Additional paid parking is available at the Dome Parking Structure, located at 1400 Ivar Avenue.

Will there be additional sessions?

Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee there will be extra dates. Please refer to the experience page for updated information on availability, as those are the confirmed dates and timings.

Is there Virtual Reality?

This experience does not have virtual reality.

Is there a dress code?

There's no defined dress code for this experience; a casual look will be fine.

Will there be merchandise for sale?

Yes! There will be merchandise for sale at the shop.

Where can I get tickets?

In the Fever App, available on Google Play and the Apple Store

Can I purchase tickets at the door?

Tickets will not be sold on site; they can only be purchased in the Fever App or on the Fever website.

Can I transfer my tickets to another person?

Yes, you can transfer your tickets to anyone for free. It is as easy as clicking "Transfer Tickets" on your ticket in the Fever App. Please contact us if you need additional help. Make sure to include your ticket order number.

Do I need to print my ticket?

No, your contactless tickets will be validated directly in the Fever App.

I can't find my ticket. What should I do?

You can view your ticket in the Fever app, within the Tickets section. If you don't have the app installed, you can download it from the Apple Store or Google Play. Remember to log in using the same account that you used when buying the tickets. If you still cannot find your ticket, please contact us.

Are refunds allowed? What is the exchange policy?

Subject to availability, changes of date and/or time are permitted up to 48 hours before the start time of your experience. In such a case, please contact us indicating your ticket ID. Refunds are not allowed under any circumstances. For more information, you can refer to our T&Cs.

Do I need to arrive at the start of my scheduled session?

It is recommended that you arrive at the time stated on your ticket, but you can arrive within the next 10 minutes.

Can I bring animals? Are service dogs allowed?

Service animals cannot, by law, be prohibited.

Is the venue accessible?

Yes, the event is being held in an accessible venue. Our underground parking garage (see below for more info) has 3 ADA spots and an elevator that leads to the main floor where people are let into the exhibit. Note, it is NOT possible to reserve the ADA parking spots- everything is first come, first served. We have several wheelchairs available on site, also on a first come, first served basis - they can be requested at check in.

Do you offer carer tickets?

Unfortunately, no carer tickets are available for this event.

Is the experience accessible for deaf/visually impaired people?

We are happy to confirm that both deaf and visually impaired people will be able to enjoy this experience.

Will there be strobe lights?

This event won't include strobe lights.

Are there chairs available? Can I be seated during the experience/exhibition?

This is a walkthrough experience, but if you need a little rest, you will be able to find some seats for you to have a break.

Prohibited items:

No vapes, cigarettes, lighters, matches or smoking devices allowed.

No knives, tasers, pepper spray, firearms, or weapons of any kind allowed.

You will be given an opportunity to put prohibited items in your vehicle and return for entry into the venue. For reasons of liability we can not keep or store any personal belongings.

Will restrooms be available on site?

This venue has restrooms—please ask our staff on site for indications.

Can I take photos or record the experience?

Feel free to take photos and share them. When taking photos, please make sure not to disturb other customers. Professional equipment and tripods are not permitted.

Is there a Lost & Found?

We would recommend asking the staff at the venue if they have found your belongings.

Is coat check available?

Unfortunately, this venue has no coat check.

Is there an age requirement?

All ages are welcome to this experience and the space is accessible for prams/strollers.

Will there be an audio guide?

Unfortunately, this experience does not include an audio guide.

Are backpacks allowed?

No backpacks or oversized purses/totes are allowed. All bags and persons are subject to search.
